Bulten har fattat beslut om att samordna sin verksamhet i USA med nyförvärvade PSM International och att flytta de båda verksamheterna till nybyggd, gemensam byggnad i Ohio. Syftet är dels att kunna expandera på den lokala nordamerikanska marknaden, dels att uppnå samordningsvinster. Flytten påbörjas våren 2020 och planeras vara klar under hösten 2020.
